General description of role:
The Global Offer Management Specialist supports the global offer management process from offer acceptance through the employee’s start date. This role coordinates offer documentation, pre-hire requirements, background check activity, candidate communications, stakeholder follow-up, and system updates to help ensure a smooth, timely, and compliant onboarding experience for current hires and internal transfers. The Specialist works closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, hiring managers, and regional partners to maintain accurate data, resolve routine issues, and support consistent execution of global offer processes.
