? Who we areInGoodHands is an early-stage, funded startup in Bangalore making medically supervised weight loss and metabolic health care accessible to India.

India is in the middle of a metabolic health crisis, and most people who need real care either don’t know it exists or don’t trust it yet. We’re here to change that.

? What you’ll do• You’ll own the full patient journey, from the first conversation with an incoming lead to the care and support that keeps them with us.
• You’ll lead our small sales and support team, help them improve conversion and patient experience, and hire and build the team as we grow.
• You’ll manage our network of in-house and freelance nutritionists, health coaches, and doctors, making sure the right people, capacity, and coordination are in place to deliver outstanding care.
• You’ll make the moving parts work together: diagnostics, consult scheduling, onboarding, medication delivery, patient support, and renewals.
• You’ll build the processes, playbooks, and dashboards that help us scale.



You’ll know where leads drop off, where patients get stuck, and what the team needs to do better.
• We’re going from zero to one and growing fast. You’ll tackle a changing mix of problems, bring structure where it’s needed, and build things we haven’t figured out yet.
• You’ll work directly with the founders, so your ideas ship in days, not quarters.

✨ Who you are• You’ve spent the last 2–5 years in sales, operations, customer experience, or a similar role, ideally at a consumer startup.
• You’ve managed a team and can tell us how you helped people perform better.
• You’re comfortable with numbers and use them to make decisions, whether that’s improving conversion, planning team capacity, or understanding why patients don’t renew.
• You can turn a messy, recurring problem into a process that works—and get the team to follow it.
• You communicate clearly, handle difficult conversations with empathy, and follow
