Regional Language AI Voice Prompt Writer

Languages (any one as your native language): Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali
Also required: Hindi or English as a additional language

About the role
We build AI voice agents that hold real phone conversations in Indian languages. We need native speakers who can write prompts so the agent sounds like a local person, not a translated bot. You will own the quality of the agent in your language.

What you’ll do
• Write production-level voice agent prompts in your language, plus Hindi and English
• Make the agent sound natural: the right dialect, polite forms, everyday words and the way people speak on the phone
• Handle code-mixing, for example your language mixed with English, the way real customers talk
• Keep prompts character-efficient: short, clear and free of repetition
• Set up call flow: one question at a time, handling objections and interruptions
• Read call transcripts in your language,



find why the agent failed and fix the prompt
• Make sure the script and spelling rules for voice are followed, so the voice engine pronounces words correctly
• Test on live calls and improve until it holds up in production

Must-haves
• Native-level fluency in at least one of the languages listed, plus Hindi and English
• Experience writing prompts for AI systems, ideally voice
• A valuable ear for spoken language: natural phrasing, not textbook or formal written style
• Ability to explain why an AI breaks a rule and how to fix it
• Sharp attention to detail in spelling, punctuation and formatting
• Comfort with iterative, transcript-driven work

Big plus
• Knowing two or more of the listed languages
• Hands-on experience with voice AI platforms such as Retell, Vapi, Bland, Bolna or similar
• Experience with text-to-speech tuning and pronunciation fixes
• A portfolio of prompts or call samples you wrot
