Role Summary
Zonal Head of Finhaat Wealth India Private Limited will be responsible for building, nurturing and optimizingthe ecosystem for empanelment of financial product distributors/ARN Holders (Finhaat Partner) andmaximizing revenue generation through these Partners across multiple asset classes.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
• Identify and pursue opportunities to empanel existing as well as new ARN Holders (MFDs/IFAs) asFinhaat Partners
• Continually explore potential new markets or segments for partner empanelment
• Develop partnerships and alliances to enhance market presence.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions for our product segments
Revenue Generation
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from existing Partner network.
• Monitor sales performance, ensuring the team meets/exceeds sales goals.
• Allocate sales targets across different teams
• Analyse data to forecast sales and identify growth opp
