We’re looking for an experienced sales skilled who can understand a prospective learner’s aspirations, build trust, explain the value of our programmes and confidently move the conversation towards enrolment.

The opportunity
You will own the sales journey from first conversation to confirmed enrolment, engaging with working professionals exploring coaching as a skill or career pathway. This is a target-driven role where thoughtful conversations, consistent follow-through and strong closing skills matter.

What you’ll do

· Understand the learner: Engage prospective participants, explore their goals and assess their fit for our programmes.
· Sell with clarity: Explain programme benefits,



learning pathways and commitments, helping prospects make informed decisions.
· Drive conversions: Handle objections, follow up consistently and close enrolments against monthly and quarterly targets.
· Build your pipeline: Qualify incoming enquiries and proactively develop opportunities through outreach, referrals and existing relationships.
· Own the details: Maintain accurate CRM records, track opportunities and provide reliable sales forecasts.
· Improve the learner experience: Coordinate with programme teams for a smooth enrolment handover and share insights from prospect conversations.

What you’ll bring

· Around 5 years of B2C sales experience, with a track record of achieving revenue or enrolment targets.
· Experience in edtech, executive education, professional certifications, admissions counselling, coaching or other consultative services would be valuable.
