Fabdiz Design Studio is looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their home interior requirements, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments with our design consultants.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to manage leads and follow-ups effectively in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential customers interested in home interior design services.
• Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, websites, and other sources.
• Understand customers' interior design requirements, budgets, property status, and project timelines.
• Qualify leads based on customer needs, purchase intent, and project readiness.




• Schedule virtual consultations and showroom appointments with design consultants.
• Coordinate with sales and design teams to ensure smooth lead handovers and timely follow-ups.
• Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages through WhatsApp, calls, and email.
• Maintain accurate customer details, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Re-engage inactive leads and nurture prospective customers throughout the pre-sales journey.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calling, lead qualification, and appointment bookings.
• Maintain skilled communication and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications
• 1–5 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or customer relationship management.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling, persuasion, and objection-handling abi
