Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Executive role based in Ahmedabad, working from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.The Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, managing day-to-day accounting transactions, supporting taxation and compliance activities, and preparing regular financial reports.The role will involve working closely with the Finance team, management, Chartered Accountant, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.



The candidate will also support commission management, expense management, payment processing, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Qualifications
• Manage daily accounting, bookkeeping, and financial transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate ledgers, vouchers, and payment records.
• Handle income, expenses, payments, outstanding records, and financial reconciliations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Manage commission reconciliation and verify visa/CRM data and commission invoices.
• Coordinate payment processing and receipts with the Finance team.
• Support GST, TDS, taxation, audit, and statutory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with the CA and Finance team for financial statements and P&L; reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial data and documentation to support business reporting and decision-making.
