Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer interactions through voice, email, and chat support channels.
• Respond to customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate customer information across multiple systems and databases.




• Investigate and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
• Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Support operational excellence through accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Eligibility Criteria
• Freshers from the 2025 and 2026 graduating batches.
• Arts & Science graduates are eligible to apply.
• Candidates should possess strong communication skills and be willing to work in a US Shift environment.

Educational Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in arts & science disciplines.
