We are expanding our sales team and looking for experienced telesales professionals who know how to turn customer conversations into successful sales.

About the Role
We are hiring experienced, target-driven Telesales Executives who have solid sales conversion and closing skills.

We provide the leads. Your job is to convert them into sales.
You will be responsible for calling interested customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products, handling objections, and closing sales.
There is no requirement to generate leads or conduct cold calling. Your focus will be entirely on maximizing conversions,



achieving sales targets, and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities
• Contact company-provided leads and convert customer enquiries into successful sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Muditam Ayurveda products.
• Effectively pitch products, communicate their benefits, and confidently close sales.
• Handle customer objections related to pricing, product suitability, and purchasing decisions.
• Follow up consistently with interested customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to increase average order value.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales conversions in the CRM.
• Build customer trust and ensure a positive purchasing experience.
