We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead business growth
across Rajasthan and the Gwalior Industrial Belt. The role is responsible for driving sales performance,
managing key customer relationships, developing recent business opportunities, and leading a team of Sales
Officers across the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial B2B sales, team management, and solution
selling to manufacturing, power, utility, and process industries.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Growth
Achieve regional sales and profitability targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories.
Expand NDL Power's presence within industrial clusters and key accounts.
Drive sales of testing, reliability, maintenance, compliance, and electrical solutions.
Develop long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Key Account Management
Engage with Plant Heads, Electrical Heads, Maintenance Heads, Utility Heads, Project Teams, and
Procurement stakeholders.




Manage strategic accounts and develop account growth plans.
Conduct customer presentations, commercial discussions, and solution demonstrations.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Officers.

Support territory planning, target deployment, and performance management.
Conduct joint customer visits and provide field coaching.

Sales Operations
