This is not a typical physical therapy job. Most physical therapy jobs are built around insurance, high volume, and burnout.
At Made 2 Move, we are trying to change healthcare. We are trying to change how physical therapy is perceived in the community. We help people move better, train harder, and stay active and healthy for life. We focus on long term health, not short term symptom relief.
We are growing in Charleston and looking for a physical therapist who wants to be part of that mission. Not someone looking for comfort. Someone who wants to grow, contribute, provide amazing care, and make an impact.
You Will:
Inside the clinic:
• Average caseload looks like 5 to 6 patients per day
• Program personalized exercise prescriptions for patients through our app
• Deliver 60 to 90 minute one on one sessions
• Build and manage your caseload
• Develop real relationships with patients
Outside The Clinic:
• Be active in local gyms and fitness communities
• Build relationships with coaches, owners, and members
• Attend and help run at least one event per month
• Stay visible through content and engagement
Support You Will Receive:
• Marketing and new patient flow
• Sales training and guidance
• One on one mentorship and team clinical growth meetings
• Systems/AI software that reduce admin and documentation time
