Job Overview:
The HR Intern – Talent Acquisition will support the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and coordinating offers and onboarding. The role involves working closely with hiring managers to close open positions on time, maintaining recruitment trackers, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every candidate.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
● Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, campus networks and other channels
● Draft and post job openings, and manage responses on job portals
● Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screening against role requirements
● Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
● Follow up with candidates at every stage and keep them informed of their status
● Collect interview feedback from hiring managers and update the recruitment tracker
● Coordinate offer rollouts, document collection and joining confirmations
● Support recent joiner onboarding and joining formalities
● Maintain the candidate database, recruitment trackers and hiring MIS reports
● Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and processes
Skills & Qualifications Required:
● Graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
● Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in speaking to candidates over the phone
● Good interpersonal, follow-up and coordination abilities
