Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MEP Quantity Surveyor (MEP QS) role based in Mumbai with Taisei India. The role involves preparing and reviewing quantity take-offs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works,



supporting accurate cost estimation and budgeting for ongoing projects. The MEP QS will assist in tender preparation and evaluation, coordinate with design and project teams to clarify specifications, and help track variations and change orders. Daily tasks include maintaining measurement records, supporting the preparation of bills of quantities, assisting in subcontractor evaluation, and contributing to progress reports and cost control documentation. The position requires close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure MEP works are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
