The Team
As a Manager, you will be working closely with global Senior Directors and Managing Directors in a flat team structure. You will lead key work streams and benefit from constant exposure to the senior members of the team and client. You will be validating and executing on operations-focused problem solving and transformation activities on our clients’ projects & companies. You will also have the chance to contribute to business development activities,
discuss and suggest the development of innovative offerings for our market and considerably nurture and enlarge your qualified network as well. Considering the pace of targeted growth, we are keen to find candidates who are entrepreneurial, driven by a passion to drive significant growth (people who can think in multiples of growth rather than percentages), are comfortable with ambiguity, will roll up the sleeves and be hands on to get things done and can be independent requiring limited cover
How You Will Contribute
• Be an active part of the teams supporting Corporate Restructuring projects, coordinate work efforts with clients, drive the delivery of defined deliverables, communicate progress to all parties and manage team members, as necessary.
• Managing/ getting involved in Restructuring engagements which are advanced and complex in nature
• Analyzing financial and operational results of companies and building dashboards for reporting
