Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a strategic Strategic Workforce Recruiter to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leverage data analytics to track time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within all hiring practices.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and structured interviews.
• Analyze existing workflows to design, propose, and implement major process improvements.
• Build and nurture active talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• 5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• High-level proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent ability to assess technical, specialized, or leadership skill sets.
• Solid understanding of Boolean search strings and LinkedIn Recruiter.
