Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, we are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer with strong expertise in Fortinet SD-WAN, Routing & Switching, and Cisco Meraki Wireless technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and wireless environments.

This role requires a hands-on qualified with strong problem-solving skills, operational excellence, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, security, and performance of network services.

Roles & Responsibilities:





• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Network Infrastructure Management

• Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, and Wireless network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure transformation projects.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and operational procedures.

Fortinet SD-WAN

• Deploy, configure, and manage Fortinet Secure SD-WAN solutions.
• Configure and support:
• SD-WAN Policies
• Dynamic Path Selection
• Application Steering
• Site-to-Site VPNs
• IPSec Tunnels
• Internet Breakout Policies
• Monitor WAN performance and optimize traffic routing.
