Role Overview:

TestGrid is looking for a hands-on Community Manager to build and scale our global community of QA professionals, testers, SDETs, automation engineers, developers, and engineering leaders.

This is a build-from-the-ground-up role. You will define the community strategy, establish TestGrid's presence across multiple platforms, create engagement programs, recruit early community champions, and turn the community into an active ecosystem for knowledge sharing, advocacy, product feedback, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build the community from 0→1: Define the community strategy, operating model, platform mix, engagement calendar, and growth roadmap.

· Establish and grow communities across relevant platforms such as Reddit, Discord, Slack, LinkedIn, GitHub, Quora, WhatsApp/Telegram, and specialist QA/testing forums.

· Identify where QA, testing, DevOps, and developer audiences already engage and build an authentic TestGrid presence within those communities.

· Create recurring programs including AMAs,



testing challenges, expert sessions, webinars, meetups, podcasts, technical discussions, product feedback sessions, and community-led events.

· Recruit and nurture community champions, power users, customers, technical experts, influencers, and advocates.

· Build programs that encourage user-generated content, peer discussions, product feedback, reviews, referrals, and advocacy.

· Partner with Product, Engineering, Content, Developer Relations, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to bring technical expertise into the community.

· Capture community conversations and translate them into insights for product, content, GTM, and customer teams.

· Develop community content around emerging areas such as AI-native testing, test automation, quality engineering, agentic AI, and software delivery.

· Establish community governance, moderation guidelines, response processes, and escalation mechanism
