Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior E-Learning Developer to lead the
development of engaging, interactive, and learner-centric digital learning solutions. The ideal
candidate will have extensive experience in e-learning development, instructional design
implementation, multimedia creation, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
As a Senior E-Learning Developer, you will be responsible for independently managing
end-to-end course development projects, mentoring junior team members, and driving
innovation through contemporary learning technologies and AI-powered tools.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Learning Development
● Design and develop high-quality e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline 360
and Rise 360.
● Create advanced interactive learning experiences, including branching scenarios,
simulations, gamification, and assessments.
● Transform storyboards and instructional content into engaging digital learning
solutions.
● Ensure all learning modules align with instructional design principles and learning
objectives.
Multimedia & Visual Design
● Create and integrate graphics, animations, videos, and multimedia elements into
learning content.
● Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to enhance
learner engagement.
● Maintain brand consistency and visual excellence across all learning assets.
LMS & Course Deployment
● Publish and deploy SCORM/xAPI-compliant courses.
● Test and troubleshoot course functionality across LMS platforms and devices.
● Monitor learner tracking and reporting to ensure accurate performance data.
Quality Assurance & Accessibility
● Conduct comprehensive quality reviews before deployment.
● Ensure courses comply with accessibility standards and best practices.
● Identify and resolve technical issues related to course functionality and LMS
integration.
Leadership & Mentorship:
● Guide and mentor junior developers and interns.
