Title: Human Resource (HR) Intern
Location: Kothrud, Pune (Full-time, Work From Office)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:30 AM to 05:30 PM) Saturday and Sunday Weekly Off

Internship terms that we offer:
• Duration of internship : 3 or 6 months
• Stipend (money) that we provide : None (Zero)

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement and HR operations. This internship provides an opportunity to develop practical skills in talent management and organizational development.

What You will Do:
• Support in the recruitment lifecycle
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in organizing and scheduling training sessions for new joiners on various HR policies (e.g., Code of Conduct, Leave Policy, Advantages)
• Help in preparing training materials and presentations.




• Plan and conduct weekly team-building engagement activities, events, morale-boosting initiatives and recognition programs.
• Support HR process documentation and process-improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
• Master's degree (pursuing or completed) in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain
