The Role:
→ Revenue, renewals, retention, collections. All yours.
→ Lead a team of Regional Managers and account managers, and help them grow into real operators
→ Spot customer risk early. Fix it before it’s a fire.
→ Build forecasts people can plan on, not just hope on
→ Hire, coach and build the bench that outgrows you

You might be our person if:
→ You’ve spent 8–12 years in customer success, account management or B2B sales leadership
→ You’ve led regional teams for 5+ years




→ You’ve owned revenue numbers and you like the pressure
