Job Description

WSP Global is seeking a Global Insurance Coordinator to support its

Global Insurance team.

The Global Insurance team is responsible for the placement, renewal and

management of WSP’s Global insurance program and for providing practical

insurance guidance to business operations worldwide.

This position offers an opportunity to work in a highly cooperative environment

with internal stakeholders, insurers, brokers, and colleagues across multiple

business sectors and geographic regions. The role is open to candidates located

globally and will primarily support a team based in Canada / UK.

Responsibilities

• Assist with insurance renewals by coordinating data collection,

documentation, follow-ups, status tracking, and communication with

internal and external stakeholders.

• Support the development and maintenance of training materials, guidance

documents, and communication tools for the Global Insurance team.

• Coordinate insurance-related requests from Insurance Coordinators

located in different countries.





• Support insurance-related M&A; activities, including due diligence,

information gathering, documentation, tracking, and post-acquisition

integration.

• Review and validate invoices for insurance premiums, insurance taxes, and

broker fees. Monitor and reconcile amounts recoverable from insurers for

claims exceeding applicable deductibles.

• Support preparation of summaries, presentations, status reports, and

meeting materials related to insurance.

• Contribute to special projects and initiatives undertaken by the Global

Insurance team.

Occasionally, flexibility may be required to attend meetings outside of

normal working hours to support collaboration across time zones.
