About the role
We are hiring a Sales Director to own US new-business revenue. This is an individual contributor role with a team: you carry a personal number and close enterprise deals yourself. You will also help hire, onboard and coach Account Executives when needed.
You will sell to US finance, IT, procurement and security leaders. You will work with our SDRs on outbound, and run outbound yourself when needed.

Timing
• US (EST) hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Roles and responsibilities
Close deals (IC)
• Carry a personal revenue quota and close enterprise and mid-market deals end to end: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation and contracting.
• Run consultative conversations with senior finance, IT, procurement, security and executive stakeholders.
• Step into the biggest and most complex deals to get them over the line.

Hire and coach
• Interview and help select Account Executi
