Role Description The Customer Service Representative role is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about services. Responsibilities include documenting customer interactions, following standard operating procedures, escalating complex cases when necessary, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.



The representative will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns, contribute to process improvements, and support service quality targets.
