Role Description
The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building strong relationships with parents, schools, and other partners. The Business Development Executive will conduct follow-ups on inquiries, deliver presentations about the academy’s programs, and support enrollment conversion through effective communication and consultation. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining an organized sales pipeline,



coordinating with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students, and tracking performance against growth targets. The role also requires continuous market research to understand local educational trends and recommend strategies to expand reach.

• Candidates should possess skills in Current Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and expand the academy’s reach.
