Role Description The Business Development Engineer will be responsible for identifying and developing current business opportunities in the composites tooling market, with a focus on moulds, jigs, and fixtures. This full-time, on-site role based in India involves engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding technical requirements, and proposing suitable tooling solutions in collaboration with the engineering and production teams.



Day-to-day tasks include preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting market research, attending customer meetings and industry events, and supporting product demonstrations. The role also includes maintaining a pipeline of opportunities, tracking sales activities, and providing feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications
• Strong technical background in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or composites, with the ability to understand and communicate tooling solutions (moulds, jigs, fixtures).
• Experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship management within industrial, engineering, or manufacturing domains.
• Proficiency in preparing technical quotations, proposals, and presentations, and in coordinating with design and production teams.
• Good analytical and market research skills to identify new sectors, customers, and growth opportunities.
