About Our Client

Our client is a leading SME billing, inventory, and accounting software organisation with a strong market presence, an extensive channel partner network, and a profitable business model. The organisation is entering its next phase of growth, focusing on SaaS transformation, AI-led innovation, and international expansion.

Location: Delhi NCR, India

We are looking for a transformational CEO to drive business growth, strengthen market leadership, and lead the transition towards a professionally managed, PE-backed organisation.

Role

• Lead overall business strategy, P&L;, and execution of long-term growth plans.

• Drive cloud/SaaS adoption, AI integration, and product innovation.

• Strengthen and scale the channel partner ecosystem and distribution network.

• Expand into new markets, customer segments, and international geographies.





• Identify and execute strategic acquisitions and growth opportunities.

• Build a solid leadership team and a performance-driven organisation.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in CEO, Business Head, or P&L; leadership roles within software, SaaS, ERP, or technology-led businesses.

• Strong track record in scaling businesses, driving profitability, and leading transformation.

• Experience in product-led growth, cloud/SaaS adoption, and technology innovation.

• Expertise in channel-led distribution, sales strategy, and market expansion.

• Exposure to private equity-backed environments, board management, and M&A; will be an advantage.

• Strong strategic, commercial, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
