Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance Java-based applications.•Architect and implement robust RESTful APIs and microservices.•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.•Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.•Troubleshoot complex application issues and optimise performance across systems.•Conduct and participate in detailed code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.•Define and implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.•Work closely with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
