About Our Client

Our client is a leading organisation involved in large-scale
infrastructure development and premium residential projects, with a focus on
strategic procurement, cost optimisation, and project delivery.

Location: Pune

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Head to lead end-to-end procurement,
strategic sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimisation across large-scale
infrastructure and premium residential projects.

Role

• Lead
procurement for infrastructure projects, including civil materials, MEP, HVAC,
and interior requirements.

• Drive
strategic sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiations, and supplier
relationship management.

• Manage
high-end and international sourcing of premium materials and customised
interiors.

• Drive
cost optimisation, value engineering, contract management, and budget
control.

• Implement
digital procurement systems,



ERP tools, and e-tendering processes.

• Ensure
procurement compliance and timely material availability while leading the
procurement team.

What We’re Looking For

• 12–15
years of experience in procurement, with ERP exposure such as SAP MM or
SAP Ariba.

• At
least 5 years of experience in infrastructure procurement, including HVAC,
Gensets, and interior rollouts.

• Bachelor's
degree in Commerce or Engineering; an MBA in Supply Chain, Materials
Management, or Operations is preferred.

• Solid
expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiations,
cost control, and stakeholder management.
