We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the overall people and organisational agenda, partner with the senior leadership team, and drive talent, leadership development, organisational effectiveness, and a high-performance culture aligned with the organisation’s growth objectives.

Role

• Drive the overall HR strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.

• Partner with the Founder and leadership team on talent and organisational priorities.

• Lead senior leadership hiring, succession planning, and talent development.

• Drive organisation design, performance management, and leadership effectiveness.

• Strengthen organisational culture, employee engagement,



and retention.

• Oversee compensation, rewards, HR operations, policies, and compliance.

• Build scalable HR processes and leverage analytics to support business decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in senior HR leadership, talent acquisition, and organisation development.

• Exposure to financial services, wealth management, private equity, fintech, or other high-growth businesses is preferred.

• Solid business acumen and experience partnering with founders and senior leadership teams.

• Expertise in talent management, succession planning, performance management, and organisational effectiveness.

• Strong stakeholder-management, influencing, and leadership skills.

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
