Job Summary and Responsibilities

Position Purpose:

To support the design and implementation of organization design and operating model improvements across Acentra Health by helping define future-state roles, responsibilities, decision rights, service boundaries, and governance structures. This role supports Acentra Health’s transformation into a true global delivery organization by enabling shared services, agile ways of working,



and best-practice operating models that improve clarity, scalability, and execution.

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

Organization Design & Operating Model Support (35%)
• Conduct current-state assessments across functions, teams, service lines, and shared service areas.
• Map capabilities, roles, responsibilities, decision rights, governance forums, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Support future-state operating model design, including shared services, global delivery, and support structures.
• Document org structures, RACI matrices, service catalogues, role profiles, and transition plans.

Transformation Analysis & Facilitation (25%)
• Analyze business and operating pain points, duplication, bottlenecks, and gaps across teams and functions.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and build alignment.
