Position Summary

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager in the West Coast region or Greater Chicago Area. Your mission will be to:

This role partners with site and functional leaders to implement people strategies that drive engagement, strengthen organizational capability, and support business objectives. The HR Manager leads a team or directly delivers HR services across employee relations, performance management, talent development, data systems management, and compliance. This role ensures HR programs and processes are executed consistently, equitably, and in compliance with applicable laws and policies. The HR Manager champions a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while supporting the growth and development of employees and leaders.
