Position: Sr.
ServiceNow Developer

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Pune/Gurgaon/Mumbai - Hybrid

Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

Job Description:

- Must have 8+ years of
experience in ServiceNow modules, with Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD),
CSM, and IT Service Management (ITSM)

- Must have done multiple
end-to-end, full life cycle implementations of modules CSM, ITSM, HRSD

- Support ServiceNow Application
Users

- ServiceNow system support
including Production and Sandbox environments

- Covers modules: Case, HR Case,
Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge

- ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Portal,
Automation

- Reports and Dashboard

- Experience with Inbound and
Outbound integrations with ServiceNow. Move integrations from the custom API
call to the integration hub.

- ServiceNow Release upgrade
testing

- ServiceNow Application security
administration

- User training for users to
perform their day-to-day jobs by explaining ServiceNow standard practices

- Robust hands-on ServiceNow ITSM
experience, including scripting, configuration, and production support.





- Good experience with ServiceNow
integrations, especially with external tools such as Jira and PagerDuty.

- Hands-on experience with CMDB
and Discovery.

- Strong experience with
JavaScript / ServiceNow scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client
Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and related automation.

- Ability to design, build,
troubleshoot, and support REST/SOAP/API-based integrations.

- Experience handling integration
failures, data sync issues, authentication/connectivity issues, and production
incidents.

- Strong understanding of ITSM
processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.

- Experience supporting
enterprise ServiceNow environments with minimal supervision.

- Strong troubleshooting and
problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills and
ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders.

- Should be comfortable taking
ownership of the existing integration landscape and upcoming Jira and PagerDuty
integration work.
