Responsibilities:
- Execute trade -specific tasks (e.g., carpentry, fabrication, assembly, repair) in accordance with work instructions and technical drawings.
- Ensure all work meets project, company, and industry quality standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in optimal condition.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other trades to ensure timely and efficient task completion.
- Report equipment issues, material shortages, or safety concerns to the supervisor without delay.
- Comply with company policies, work discipline, hygiene standards, and daily operational procedures.
