We are looking for an experienced HMC Machine Operator with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience specifically on HMC (Horizontal Machining Centre) machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and handle HMC machines efficiently.
- Set up the machine as per job requirements and production specifications.
- Perform tool setting, loading/unloading, and basic machine adjustments.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and machining dimensions.
- Monitor the machining process and ensure required quality standards.
- Perform basic inspection of finished components using measuring instruments.
- Maintain machine safety and follow standard operating procedures.
