? Job Overview – Field Sales Executive (PhonePe)We are hiring motivated and energetic Field Sales Executives (FSEs) for PhonePe’s Core Merchant Growth Team. In this role, your responsibility will be to onboard local businesses, retail stores, and grocery shops, helping expand our digital payment network.

This is a Fixed Salary, No Monthly Sales Target job, ideal for candidates looking for a secure income along with additional performance-based bonuses.

- Job Title: Field Sales Executive (FSE) / Business Development Executive (BDE)
- Company/Payroll: Direct company payroll or authorized HR partner
- Salary Structure: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month (fixed base salary)
- Additional Benefits: Weekly and monthly performance bonuses, Travelling Allowance (TA), Provident Fund (PF), and Employee State Insurance (ESI)
- Job Type: Full-time, permanent field job
- Experience Required: Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of sales experience will be preferred.

- ? Key ResponsibilitiesField Onboarding: Visit local markets and retail shops, approach merchants,



and onboard them onto the PhonePe platform.
- Product Installation: Install PhonePe QR codes at suitable and visible locations in merchants’ shops.
- Smart Device Setup: Deliver and activate PhonePe Soundboxes or smart payment devices at merchant locations and demonstrate how to use them.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for merchants, guide them on using the app, explain how to check transaction history, and resolve their app-related queries.

- ?️ Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary) or any graduate.
- Mandatory Requirements: A working Android smartphone, personal two-wheeler (bike/scooter), and a valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Skills: Good communication skills, the ability to convince people, and willingness to travel around local markets.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
