? Job ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for:

- Policy Documentation: Preparing, checking and maintaining insurance policy documents and related records.
- Proposal Processing: Assisting with insurance proposal forms, document collection and application processing.
- Data Entry & Excel: Maintaining client data, updating records and working on Excel sheets.
- Client Coordination: Communicating with clients regarding pending documents, policy status and other service-related requirements.
- Follow-ups: Regularly following up with clients, insurance companies and other service providers to complete pending work.
- Renewal Tracking: Maintaining renewal records and ensuring timely reminders for insurance policy renewals.
- Email Drafting: Preparing basic professional emails and responding to routine office communication.
- Office Coordination: Handling day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Mutual Fund Operations: Assisting with transaction documentation, application processing and other operational activities.
- Record Management:



Maintaining proper files, records and data accuracy.

Training and guidance will be provided wherever required. Candidates must be willing to learn new processes and take responsibility for their work.

- ? Qualification & EligibilityB.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic English reading and writing skills are essential.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations is required.
- Good communication skills and a polite approach towards clients.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned work on time.
- Honest, disciplined, punctual and detail-oriented.
