Insurance Telecaller

Work location type: Work from office (on site)

Location: Ledesire Complex, Circular Road, Lalpur, Ranchi, Jharkhand

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Experience: 1 to 3 years in telecalling, insurance or sales. Freshers with good communication may also apply.

Education: 12th pass or Graduate

Working days and hours: [Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6:30 pm]

About the job

We need friendly, confident callers to talk to people about term and life insurance and set up meetings or policy sales.

What you will do

• Make 80 to 100 calls a day to leads we give you.

• Explain insurance plans in simple Hindi or English.

• Note down customer details and update the call sheet every day.





• Follow up with interested customers and book meetings or sales calls.

• Help customers fill forms and make premium payments.

• Meet daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

What we need

• 1 to 3 years in telecalling, insurance, banking or any sales job. Freshers are welcome if they speak well.

• Clear speaking in Hindi. Basic English is a plus.

• Basic computer skills and a polite, patient manner.

• Ready to work from the Ranchi office.
