We’re building a new, exciting delivery food brand in South Mumbai and looking for a reliable, hands-on kitchen lead to join our team.
Location: Malabar Hill, Mumbai
Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000/month, depending on experience
What we’re looking for:
- 3–6 years of experience in a restaurant, QSR, café or cloud kitchen
- Confident with chicken and lamb prep, marinades, rice, grilling and frying
- Experience making sauces, dips, hummus or similar preparations is a plus
- Able to follow recipes, maintain consistency and manage daily prep
- Valuable with hygiene, portion control, stock management and kitchen organisation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery kitchen
We need someone dependable who can take ownership of the kitchen and grow with the brand.
