Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to connect with customers, handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and support the company's sales and customer service activities.

1. Roles and ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
2. Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
3. Explain company products, services, and offers to customers.
4. Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
5. Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
6. Maintain accurate customer databases, call records, and follow-up reports.
7. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets assigned by management.
8. Handle customer concerns politely and provide appropriate solutions.
9. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.

Prepare daily calling reports and share updates with the reporting manager.

- Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Positive listening skills and a customer-focused attitude.
