Key Responsibilities1. MIS Reporting & Data Management

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for logistics and operations.
- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data received from different locations and teams.
- Maintain operational trackers for sample pickups, deliveries, pending shipments, delays, and service-level agreement (SLA) performance.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports and databases.
- Maintain records of client-wise, location-wise, and rider-wise operational performance.

2. Logistics & Operations Monitoring

- Track daily pickup and delivery performance across multiple locations, including Pan-India operations.
- Monitor delayed pickups, pending deliveries, missed routes, and operational exceptions.
- Prepare reports on rider productivity, attendance, route performance, and sample movement.
- Highlight recurring operational issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
- Track client-specific requirements and prepare performance reports as required.

3. Data Analysis & Dashboard Preparation

- Create Excel-based dashboards to monitor key operational KPIs.




- Analyze trends in delivery performance, turnaround time (TAT), productivity, and service-level compliance.
- Identify discrepancies, data gaps, and areas for process improvement.
- Provide data-driven insights to the management team to support decision-making.

4. Client Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare client-wise reports and share them with internal stakeholders within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with logistics, customer support, and operations teams to collect and validate data.
- Support client review meetings by preparing performance summaries and relevant data.
- Maintain proper documentation of operational escalations and corrective actions.

5. Process Improvement & Automation

- Develop and improve reporting formats, trackers, and data management processes.
- Use Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, lookup functions, and other tools to reduce manual work.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting activities.
- Ensure reports are submitted accurately and within agreed deadlines.
