Key Responsibilities:

- Create 2D layouts and 3D interior designs for cafés, restaurants, QSR outlets, and kiosks.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, working drawings, and BOQs.
- Develop 3D views and realistic design presentations.
- Plan space utilization, furniture layouts, lighting, signage, and interior finishes.
- Coordinate with civil contractors, fabricators, vendors, and site teams.
- Supervise interior work and fabrication from design to final handover.
- Take site measurements and ensure execution matches approved drawings.
- Manage project costing, material selection, timelines, and quality.
- Handle multiple projects and provide regular progress reports.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in commercial interiors and retail/QSR projects.
- Must be able to create 2D and 3D designs independently.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, materials, and site execution.
- Robust coordination, communication, and project management skills.
