- RTO Registrations: Prepare, verify, and submit online/offline forms for permanent registrations, choice numbers, and High-Security Registration Plates (HSRP).
- Insurance Issuance: Generate current insurance policies, provide premium quotes, and handle renewals or endorsement corrections through digital portals.
- Liaison & Compliance: Coordinate with RTO officials, agents, and insurance partners to resolve documentation bottlenecks or hypothecation (loan) updates.
- Data Management: Maintain strict internal trackers for engine/chassis numbers, road tax payments, and RC card statuses.
- Delivery Coordination: Align with Sales and Accounts teams to match customer vehicle delivery timelines.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate or 12th Pass.
- Skills: Experience with Vahan portals, multi-brand insurance software, and MS Excel.
- Traits: Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate government protocols.
