Role Summary

Service Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting with vehicle service needs, managing

work orders, coordinating with service technicians, and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess vehicle service needs, and provide service estimates.

• Create work orders and ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians.

• Schedule service appointments and manage service calendars.

• Oversee parts inventory and assist in sourcing required parts.

• Prepare invoices, explain charges, and process payments.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and future service needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or related field.

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Strong communication skills.

• Previous experience in automotive service or customer service
