Job Description:

Position: Customer Support Executive (International Voice / Chat Process)

Location: Sector 60, Noida

Salary - Up to 40K in hand - Depends on Experience

Interview Mode : Virtual

Min 6 months Experience required in International BPO.

Need Strong English Communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling basic Customer queries related to E-Commerce.

Respond to customer questions and issues through calls.

Should have excellent Communication / Interpersonal /Comprehension skills

Providing Prompt and Polite Assistance to the Foreign Customers.





Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of customer service and able to handle the Customer over phone

Candidates should be willing to work in US shift.

Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

Ability to handle challenging customer interactions gracefully and professionally.

Any Graduate/Undergraduate/ Post Graduate

2 Days Rotational week off
