We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee daily operations at Gabru Di Chaap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and staff performance.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints.
- Monitor sales, inventory, stock, and wastage.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain operational standards.
- Ensure a great customer experience and smooth store functioning.
Requirements:
- Experience in restaurant or QSR operations preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage staff and achieve business targets.
