Job DescriptionWe are hiring an experienced Senior F&B; Captain for a premium hospitality establishment in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong guest-handling skills, food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to lead a service team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily restaurant and floor operations.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Manage POS billing and payment handling.
- Maintain solid knowledge of food, cuisines, and menu recommendations.
- Lead, train, and coordinate junior service staff.
- Manage inventory and stock control.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain service standards, hygiene, and operational SOPs.
- Requirements6–7 years of relevant F&B; service experience.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a 5-star hotel, specialty coffee shop, or casual dining restaurant.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
- Experience in team leadership, staff training, and inventory management.
- A positive attitude and willingness to grow.
