Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, explain our products and services, and convert leads into sales.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.

• Explain product features, pricing, and service details.

• Follow up regularly with interested customers and close sales.

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up updates.

• Build strong customer relationships and provide after-sales assistance.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily activity reports.

Requirements:

• Valuable communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and email.

• Ability to handle customer questions confidently.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and focused on achieving targets.

• Previous sales or telecalling experience is preferred.
