Job Title: Area Relationship Officer (ARO) – Loan Advisor

Department: Sales / Loan Division

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire new customers for various loan products, including personal loans, business loans, home loans, and other applicable financial products.
- Act as a Loan Advisor by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable loan solutions.
- Explain loan eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment terms, processing fees, and required documentation.
- Assist customers with loan applications, document collection, and application processing.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, credit teams, and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate, depending on company requirements.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
