About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and friendly Tele Caller Executive to make outbound and inbound calls to customers and prospects. The role involves sharing information about our products or services, following up on leads, and building positive relationships over the phone.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to present products or services
- Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and provide accurate information
- Qualify leads and update CRM records with accurate call notes and outcomes
- Follow up on pending leads, quotations, and callbacks on time
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales goals
- Explain offers, pricing, and terms clearly and honestly
- Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate complex issues to the relevant team
- Maintain a skilled, polite tone at all times
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, scripts, and company policies
