GoTezu, a training and learning solutions brand operated by Voir Project Management Pvt. Ltd., is hiring candidates for a Dell-associated educational project. GoTezu is the training implementation partner supporting delivery of technical training programmes at designated colleges. This opportunity is suited to candidates who have knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Cloud Computing and are interested in teaching, mentoring students, and supporting academic operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom training sessions in AI or Cloud Computing at the college assigned in the selected candidate’s city.

• Explain technical concepts using presentations, demonstrations, practical exercises, and hands-on activities.

• Support students with questions, assignments, exercises, and learning activities.

• Follow the prescribed curriculum and schedule; prepare for sessions and maintain attendance and progress records.

• Use non-classroom working hours for backend project work, including academic coordination, student support, reporting, and related administrative activities.





• Coordinate with project team members and college representatives to support smooth programme delivery.

Eligibility & Skills

• Final-year students, recent graduates, and candidates with relevant technical qualifications may apply.

• Relevant knowledge of AI / generative AI / AI tools or Cloud Computing and cloud platforms, depending on the role.

• Degrees such as B.E., B.Tech., BCA, MCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, M.Sc. Computer Science, or related qualifications are encouraged.

• Positive communication skills, teaching aptitude, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

• Relevant projects, certifications, or prior teaching experience are an advantage.

Compensation & Contract

• Monthly salary: 20,000–25,000, depending on skills and interview performance.

• Initial period: 3 months on a contractual basis.

• After the initial period: Subject to performance, project requirements, and company approval, candidates may be considered for confirmation and deployment into company roles. The salary structure may be reviewed at that stage.
